The success of your resentencing request is guaranteed only if no new cases are filed against you during the process and you are not currently on probation or parole for the case you're seeking to resentence. Should a new case arise while your resentencing is pending, you'll need to wait until that new case is closed and you've fulfilled all court requirements before we can proceed.
